Here we are at the Staff Banquet at Northland Camp!
We went to Door County for our second anniversary. One afternoon we went to Cave Point and walked around. 
After Door County, we headed down to Chicago and spent some time with our good friends, Jack and Kristen Lezza. We went to a Cubs game and had a great time!
Aaron bought a motorcycle this summer to get around camp, so sometimes I just hopped on and held on. Yes, I am 8 months pregnant in this picture. Oh my word!!! 24 days to go!!! How exciting!!! Asher (our son) turned one on Aug. 16. Wow...what a year!

i've had a bike for a couple of years and lindsay loves to ride with me.
couldn't help thinking of you the other day as i attended my very first jewish celebration - the bat mitzvah of a girl in the family that lindsay works for. it was a fascinating experience, and for the first time, my investment in hebrew finally paid off.
almost lost it though, when half way through the service they started to sing a familiar song you had shared with me so long ago. i was trying to explain it to lindsay w/out losing it and just thought you would enjoy imagining that with your mind's eye.
who would've thought that my experience in seminary and with the mellors would culminate in such a rewarding cultural experience (please share this with you pa and ma).

so happy for you and aaron. i doubt he would remember me (which is probably better, for his sake), but i worked with him at the wilds. we shared a mutual friend -jason cornwell (corndog).
lindsay and i are doing well. she is a nurse, and patiently working me through a post-grad degree at trinity evangelical divinity school, in chicago.
